My first real panic attack I was confused. At that time I had no clue what was happing! My hands were sweaty. My heart was racing & I had the feeling that I needed to just move or get out.
If you have never experienced a panic attack then you have NO clue of the magnitude of the FEAR you feel! At that time my goal was to be an entrepreneur. As a matter of fact this was all I thought about every day.
Your mind is by far the most powerful instrument that has been discovered! In fact it is so strong (Especially if you are a creative person) that you have to give it an assignment! You cannot just let your mind wonder. One of the most common rabbit holes for your mind to go into is "What if". This can take you to untold heights or to great despair….it’s up to you.
1. Recognize that you control what you think. As soon as you get that feeling, hold your composure change your thought to what you want to experience.
2. A big part of controlling your thoughts is speaking your life into existence by writing it down on a piece of paper and speaking it out daily.
3. Re-evaluate the actual evidence of the universe protecting you and guiding you from actual incidences in the past. When you think about the truth of God being there in the past it strengthens your faith.
4. Be conscious of the information you take in daily. If it’s scary or makes you anxious in any way, do not pay attention to it. Watch positive things and really occupy your thoughts on what are the things that make you happy.
Being creative as its draw backs. When you are a creative person, your mind tends to run none stop! Be aware of this and when you experience "What if" thinking make sure it’s "What if this works?" "What if I get healed? “What if I experience a miracle?" "What if I live my dream life?"……What if?
